Biography
A graduate of SKEMA Business School, Jean-Manuel Lévêque has spent most of his career within the GRANDS MOULINS DE PARIS/DELIFRANCE group. He held various positions in the milling division and was CEO of the flour export division.
Then, in 1998, he joined DELIFRANCE, a major pan-European bake-off player, first as International Development Director and then as CEO for 15 years. In 2018, Mr Lévêque became chairman and co-owner of NOVEPAN, a medium-sized company active in the premium bake-off industry with 6 factories in France.
Jean-Manuel Lévêque is Treasurer of the French Federation of Industrial Bakers (FEB) and President of the International Association of Industrial Bakeries (AIBI).
