Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@sustainablewheatinitiative.eu, by April 1, 2025 deadline to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued after this date. If a registration is cancelled after that date, the company sending the cancelling delegate may send someone in their place as a substitute at no additional charge or penalty. All substitutions must also be submitted in writing to info@sustainablewheatinitiative.eu (Mr. Didier Jans).

In the event the congress is cancelled due to force majeure (for example COVID-19) and delegates registrations and payments are being processed, the organiser undertakes to reimburse all delegate payments less registration and bank costs of € 25. The organiser takes no responsibility for the cancellation policy for accommodation or travel arrangements.
