Tomasz Zdziebkowski – Top Farms Group

Biography

CEO and Co-Founder of Top Farms International, one of the largest agricultural producers in Europe.

He graduated from Poznań University of Life Sciences&Management and Brooksby College in the UK. He also completed programmes at IESE Business School, University of Navarra, including: Advanced Management; Effective Boards; and Fast Forward: Building Tomorrow’s Business World.

From 1991 to 1998, he was the founding president and managing partner of BDO Binder, a firm of chartered accountants and financial advisers.

He has led Top Farms International for the past 30 years. At its peak the company operated across 90,000 hectares in five European countries. He now manages a group of several companies based on diverse business models, including the use of satellite technologies and AI.

As part of the Top Farms Group, he has been a long-standing advocate for regenerative agriculture and the integration of advanced technologies in the development of precision farming.

His innovative management approach has positioned the Group as a leading producer in the agri-food sector, setting industry standards through responsible agricultural practices, implementation of cutting-edge solutions, process optimization, and the advancement of regenerative agriculture.

By consistently applying regenerative farming practices, the Group has made a tangible impact on enhancing biodiversity, improving soil fertility, increasing water retention efficiency, and restoring local ecosystems.

He is also the co-founder and President of the Nuffield Farming Scholars Poland Foundation, which promotes modern agricultural sciences and supports scholarship programs for emerging leaders in the agribusiness sector.
